Refund Policy

At Bolton Number Plates, all products are custom-made and personalised to each customer’s specifications. Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has started.

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

• The item received is damaged

• The wrong item was sent

• The product arrives defective

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can review the issue.

We are not responsible for customer errors including:

• Incorrect registration entered

• Incorrect spacing selected

• Incorrect product selection

• Uploaded documents being rejected

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
