To legally manufacture UK number plates, we are required by law to verify your identity and entitlement to the registration number before production can begin.

Original documents are required. Photocopies, screenshots, edited images, and digital copies cannot be accepted unless specifically permitted under current DVLA regulations.

You must provide:

1️⃣ Proof of Name & Address (One Required)

• Utility Bill (dated within the last 6 months)
• Bank or Building Society Statement
• Council Tax Bill
• Telephone Bill
• Driving Licence
• National Identity Card

2️⃣ Proof of Registration Entitlement (One Required)

• Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C / V5CNI)
• New Keeper Supplement (V5C/2)
• Certificate of Entitlement (V750)
• Retention Document (V778)
• Vehicle Tax / SORN Reminder (V11)
• DVLA or DVSA Authorisation Certificate (V948 / eV948)
• Fleet Operator Authorisation Letter
